Like many people, I suspect, I feel as if I'm slowly emerging from an enforced period of hibernation, and I still haven't fully reconnected with the world. As a result I've rather neglected my website and completely forgotten about my so-called blog! Many apologies. So, in an effort to catch up, I will try not to overwhelm you with too much information as I bring you up-to-date with all the news.
Let's start with the key points:
1. This year, I am delighted to say that I shall be exhibiting IN REAL LIFE! for Warwickshire Open Studios Summer Art Weeks with the fabulously talented group of artists who make up the
Art In Dunchurch group.
Full details about how to find us, opening times etc. can be found on the WOS website here, or on my own website here.
Please note, if you are looking to stock up on cards, I shall retain a small presence at St Gregory's in Offchurch.
2. For anyone who is interested in learning more about watercolour, (and I know there are a few of you), from September I shall be running a series of Taster Workshops and small group classes at my studio space in Dunchurch.
You can register interest by filling in the contact form here. Full details of dates and times will be released during July.
3. A Shop! Yes, I have finally got an online shop up and running!! At the moment, there are cards and cushions available, but as it continues to develop, prints and paintings will be added. Find it here.
Please note, nothing can be despatched until Tuesday 15th June 2021 as we are away at the moment.
If you've got this far, well done and thank you! As I said, I'm trying not to bombard you with too much information all at once, so I hope this hasn't been too long. However, if you only take one thing away from this blog post, let it be this...
REMEMBER - SUMMER ART WEEKS BEGINS ON SATURDAY 19TH JUNE 2021!
PS One of my lovely customers has been asking me for years whether I have a painting of Irises, and I've always had to disappoint her. Well this year, VOILA! Sadly though I can't recall who it was, so if it was you, I do apologise.
Anyway, this beauty, French Flags, will be with me at Dunchurch, along with a host of other new paintings.
I look forward to seeing you there!
This all sounds brilliant, Jane xx
